  • Cancellation and Returns:

 

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or return a product. Please refer to our specific cancellation and return policies for each product category:

  • For Pool & Spa by WhitePine products: Customers have a 3-day right of rescission and cancellation policy. After 3 days, if a cancellation is requested, the deposit can be held on account as credit towards another purchase or refunded with a 25% cancellation fee.
  • For Softub and other non-spa products: Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee, plus applicable shipping and handling fees, will be deducted from the refund amount. Exchanges are permitted, and shipping and handling fees will be applied as needed.

   

  •  Termination:

 

These Terms and Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time by discontinuing the use of our services. We reserve the right to terminate these Terms and Conditions or suspend access to our services at any time without notice if we suspect a violation of these terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.
