Return and Cancellation Policy:

Thank you for choosing Pool & Spa by WhitePine for your relaxation needs. We aim to provide our customers with outstanding products and services. Please carefully review the following return and cancellation policy before making a purchase:

  1. Right of Rescission and Cancellation:

    • Customers have a 3-day right of rescission and cancellation policy from the date of purchase for Pool & Spa by WhitePine.
    • If a cancellation is requested within 3 days, the deposit will be fully refunded.
    • After the 3-day period, cancellations are still accepted, but the deposit can be held on account as credit towards another spa purchase or reimbursed with a 25% cancellation fee deducted.
  2. Cancellation Procedure:

    • To initiate a cancellation, customers must notify Pool & Spa by WhitePine within 3 days of purchase by contacting our customer service team.
    • Cancellations requested after the 3-day period will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
  3. Return Policy for Softub and Other Non-Spa Products:

    • Softub and other non-spa products can be returned if they are unopened and in their original condition within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products, along with applicable shipping and handling fees.
    • Exchanges towards other products are allowed, and shipping and handling fees will be applied as needed for the exchange.
  4. Timeframe for Returns:

    • Returns for Softub and other non-spa products must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • No returns will be accepted after this 7-day period.
  5. Refund Process:

    • Refunds for cancellations and returns will be processed as follows:
      • For cancellations within the 3-day period, the deposit will be fully refunded.
      • For cancellations after the 3-day period, the deposit can be held on account as credit or reimbursed with a 25% cancellation fee deducted.
      • Refunds will be issued within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7 to 21 business days, depending on the payment method.
  6. Policy Changes:

    • Any changes to this return and cancellation policy will be communicated to customers through our website or other appropriate channels.
