Homeshow Terms

You may cancel this agreement if it has been consummated by a party thereto at a place other than an address of the Seller, which may be his main office or branch thereof, by a written notice directed to the Seller at his main branch office by certified mail received no later than midnight of the third business day following the signing of this agreement.
Floor model Hot tubs and Swim Spas are sold AS IS. All applicable warranties apply. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
For any hot tub removals, the spa being removed must have water drained and electrical disconnected prior to delivery crew arriving.
For cashier's check or money order, final payment must be made at least 48 hours prior to delivery. Please make ALL CHECKS PAYABLE TO "WhitePine".
If a credit card is used for final payment a 3% convenience fee will be charged.
Once the cancellation period is terminated a minimum 25% cancellation fee of the total sale price will be assessed and the Buyer's deposit shall be forfeit should the Buyer refuse to take delivery of the Spa.
We sell out of 22 Austin Rd, North Kingstown RI and charge RI Sales Tax 7%.

I understand that I am purchasing a floor model spa from WhitePine, and that I will receive it in the condition that I purchase it in.
WhitePine guarantees all floor models are brand new units unless specifically notated in the Sales Agreement document as a “Refurbished” or “Used” unit. All applicable warranties apply.
I understand that floor model Hot Tubs and Swim Spas are sold subject to blemishes and scuffs in the skirt and surface of the tub and/or swim spa. Floor models are defined of this purchase and sale agreement as any Hot Tub and/or Swim Spa that has been used as a display model in either a Show, Expo, Home show or at the showroom.
I, the buyer, have inspected my floor model unit in person and confirmed the condition as satisfactory.
I understand that floor models are to be delivered within five
(5) business days from the signing of the agreement. If the Buyer has to postpone the delivery past five (5) days after the contract has been signed, then a $500 fee will be applied, and they may be subject to a 3–5-month unit rebuild time. The Seller may choose a delivery date that is past the 5 days, and it will not be subject to the $500 fee.
